Join us for Daupler Connect 2024, Daupler's national user meeting!

This free event will be hosted July 29-31 in the historic Hotel Kansas City in Kansas City, MO.

We will kick off the event with a welcome reception Monday evening. Sessions, starting Tuesday morning, will feature best practices, tips and tricks, break-out groups, and peer discussions designed to help you get the most value from your Daupler system.

There were will be peer presentations, new and under-used feature overviews, and case studies. We'd also like to hear from you on challenges you're facing and opportunities you see on the horizon. And you'll have the option to set up one-on-one review sessions with the Daupler team.

Meals will be provided Monday evening through Wednesday morning, along with some time set aside for networking and a bit of fun.

This unique sports bar and game room located in Kansas City's Power & Light District is affiliated with Kansas City's National Soccer League team, Sporting KC. It's the perfect place to get acquainted before diving deep into response management and industry trends on Tuesday.

Tuesday's content will include discussions around industry challenges and opportunities, best practices, feature reviews, peer presentations, and breakout sessions. We will pause for lunch mid-day before continuing with additional system overviews and user presentations in the afternoon.

Round table discussions and more
We will start Wednesday with breakfast between 8:00 a.m. and 8:30 a.m., with round table sessions starting at 8:45 a.m. You can also use this time to schedule one-on-one meetings with our Client Success team to discuss specific goals, challenges, or questions. We will wrap up the morning with closing thoughts from our CEO, John Bertrand.

Hotel Kansas City provides a unique setting for our user meeting. This building opened in 1922 as the Kansas City Club, one of the Midwest's premier social clubs. In 2020, it was reincarnated as the hotel and event space it is today, but it maintains a nod to tradition with its walnut trim, stained glass, mustache carpet, and 1920s-style decor.

Our main sessions will be held on the top floor, a bright event space with plenty of light and easy access to the outdoors and beautiful city views via a wraparound balcony. You'll also experience the Nighthawk, a speakeasy-type room, Tuesday evening.

We've reserved a block of rooms at the meeting site for easy access to the sessions and our Tuesday evening event.
Hotels and travel
If you are arriving by plane, plan on flying into Kansas City International Airport (MCI), about 25 minutes from downtown Kansas City. We recommend using Uber, Lyft, or a taxi to travel from the airport as you should not need a car after arriving on site.
